FAQ & POLICIES
All services require a non-refundable deposit. All deposits go towards the treatments on the day of service.
NO SHOWS Policy
You will be charged 100% of service price for NO SHOWS.
There are no refunds or returns under any circumstance with any service or product. If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. After 10 mins clients will receive a $15 rescheduling fee.
Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
No Kids Policy
“To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee.
